We gave Lisa a few options for our booking and also changed them a few times, but Lisa was always very polite and always got back to me with quotes really quickly. All our bookings and transfers were perfect and I would definatley use TravelOnline again.

We will definitely use Travelonline again. Easy process with everything falling into place. Slight hiccup in Bali with the room at the Stones Hotel (two single beds - I don't think I clarified this prior to departure) however sorted very quickly with the great staff helping us out. Transfers waiting for us on arrival and departure. If you want to book accomodation online as we did you were very helpful. Even answering email correspondence quickly. Thanks for your help. We will recommend your service as it was to us.

Emily was fantastic to deal with. The price travelonline got me was so much cheaper then any other site.

Quick response and excellent holiday--everything went like clockwork even down to sorting the trip out on a public holiday. Will recommend and if needed will use these again.

I found TravelOnline via the web. The service and price were far less than other offers from Flight Centre and direct to the hotel. Annaleise found us a great resort that was perfect for our needs. Everything ran like clock work. Our transport, spa vouchers and room were all ready and waiting for us.

I would just like to say thank you to Joanna for being so patient with us (me). She answered all my queries and was extremely helpful in every way.

Every time I called I could tell from my side of the phone that she had sincerity in her voice and was only too willing to assist. This is extremely important than just being helpful.

I am in the customer service industry and often see people in a job for money and not because they like their job. Keep up the good work Jo you are an asset to your company and repeat clientel. Yes I would use Jo again and would recommend her to everyone and anyone.
