Friendly customer service, very helpful

At first I was hesitant about booking a trip with an online agency. But the whole procedure was seamless and when I did have a query and phoned the staff were great. Was impressed with the follow up procedures and e-mails we received once the booking was paid and finalised. After sales service is impressive.
Would not hesitate to book another holiday with TravelOnLine.

I have NOT encountered a bad experience of all the times I've dealt with them. Be it, via email or phone. The communication has always been timely and clear. Once on my holidays, I've received everything that was in the package. Transfer operators have turned up on time, flights have been great, it's all been super easy and stress free.
When I spoke with Maddison on the phone, she was friendly, gave me the information I needed, wasn't pushy (due to my having to check some info with my fellow travellers), was knowledgable and sent through the additional info we'd talked about very promptly.
Absolutely would highly recommend this organisation!
