I think the service provided is transparent - you know what you are getting which is good. The staff are friendly and response times are fantastic. I have already booked again for a weekend in Sydney in December so I am looking forward to that!

The process was soo easy! We reserved online and we got an immediate reply. Details regarding our reservation and insurance was sent promptly. We did a direct deposit and we received confirmation the next day. Overall very straightforward and pleased with the service :)
