This is the first time I used Travelonline and I must admit, I was apprehensive at the start. With so many scammers offering best travel deals, I took the risk and booked my accommodation. It was not only the most affordable but the best for my accommodation needs. WAHI has a pool spa which enabled me to do my hydrotherapy sessions during our stay there. Kristy managed my booking and it was a breeze. Even the airport transfers was included in the accommodation offer. Thank you, Kristy! My husband and I had a wonderful trip.

Great Service. Received all necessary paperwork/vouchers on time. Had no problems from start to leaving Aus. It was a nice surprise that a Travel Consultant from My Thailand visited us on the 2nd day to make sure we had settled in and to confirm our transfer back to the airport on final day and to arrange our 4 hours tour and any other tours we wanted to take. Greatly appreciate you Lisa. You made it happen at the shortest of notice. It was my wife's birthday and you made it extra special by informing the hotel. The staff were amazing at the novotel. The hotel grounds was beautiful. Amazing for photos.
We were surprised by the birthday cake at breakfast and the traditional birthday song.
The 7 days were amazing, the hotel was super clean, breakfast was amazing everydsy. The staff were kind and helpful with everything. On our last day the transfer to the airport was at 6.30am, we tried to grab a quick bite at the hotel. The staff went all out to make sure that we had a good breakfast before we left.
We would definitely stay there again.
Also Mr Bob down the road had amazing steaks and desserts. That's just for the newbees looking for good food.
