The InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa has appointed a new executive chef, David Bell to elevate and redefine the hotels' dining experience.
Executive Chef, David Bell will join The InterContinental with a plan to transform the menu and take guests on an exciting adventure of culinary delights.
With over 20 years of international culinary experience across Australia and the Middle East, Chef David Bell is an exciting addition to the InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa.
"I believe in preparing and serving great tasting food of very high quality, prepared from locally sourced ingredients that are treated with respect, cooked with care and then presented with style and creativity," said Chef David Bell.
"I believe in staying true to our country's flavours and tastes and am excited to provide guests with the best that Fiji has to offer; and showcase the fantastic passion and team work with my culinary team," he said.
With a passion for local ingredients, Chef David Bell will continue to produce exciting dishes that showcase the unique culture and traditions of Fiji.

Executive Chef David Bell will oversee all restaurants within The InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa, as well as catering for corporate meetings, weddings and events throughout the resort.
The Intercontinental features six different dining experiences. From elegant fine dining at the signature Navo Restaurant, to a relaxed beachside setting at Toba Bar and Grill, there is something to please all.
The popular Sanasana Restaurant features an authentic Fijian menu every Saturday evening. The traditional dining experience aims to showcase the authentic Fijian culture and the delicious food distinct to Fiji.
