Bungalows were great, staff fabulous. Great tropical holiday and good value. 

We were in bungalow 34 in the section near the pool which was very quiet and private. The bungalow was clean, with big king size comfortable bed and modern bathroom. It is basic but very comfortable space to sleep in and good value for the price, plus great location in terms of proximity to town and shops.

We had such a good time. I have very little to complain about so won't even mention. Highly recommended!

Well positioned for all activities

Overall a very pleasant experience, from the moment you land to check out, the process was smooth and simple. The housekeeping was a bit lacking, didn't replenish the body wash and shampoo daily. Would definitely choose the bungalow over the hotel for convenience and location.

This was a fabulous holiday so much to do definitely heading back. Thank you for making it all so easy. Stress free holiday. Brilliant

We were all hoping for a nice relaxing holiday with lots of things for the our 9yr old boy to do and not only was it great we were sorry to leave the little heaven we have just experienced. The only thing that bothered me a little was the floor in our room, have not been cleaned for a while. Other then that the service was good, plenty of choice for food and activities and the surroundings were out of this world.

We had the best time on Hamilton Island. Everything was maintained very well close and convenient to the beach,pools and restaurants. The service was of high standard and well organised from the moment we got off the plane. Highly recommended and cant wait to go back.

From the moment you step off the plane all was taken care of and easily communicated from transfers to check in to relevant restaurants.
Bungalow 46 was a great score! Shaded by a large tree giving shade to lay in the hammock no matter what time and additional privacy. Kids had an abundant of activities most afternoons to participate in. Pools for all ages and abilities. Couldn’t recommend higher for a get away where you can totally switch off from the world with your family.

Super self-contained unit. Very private away from other guests. Really well kitted out. Immaculately finished (looks recently built/modernised). Loved the hammock outside, great touch. Great facilities and organisation on the resort/island as a whole. Fabulous to see the koalas at breakfast in the café every morning. The gym was very very busy however as it is shared with the locals. Likewise, getting an appointment at the salon/spa was nigh on impossible for the same reason. It’s very dark at night if walking back from the marina, and being a lone traveller, this wasn’t ideal

Can't wait to go back once the gardens are back to full bloom after the cyclone.

Our only gripe was the housekeeping. We were on holiday so there was no way we were getting up early. Everyday we were woken at 8.30 by housekeeping. They changed towels made beds that was about it. Floors did not get swept or mopped. There was a broom but no dustpan to collect the bits. We waited 2 days for toilet paper!!

Not suited to small families as room is small. Best suited for couples

Our stay in the Palm Bungalows was exactly what we were after. Very comfortable, and well located with reference to all of the major amenities. The service from all of the staff around the resort was excellent, and we truly had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The bungalow was clean and comfortable but the room was quite dark. The couch to sit on was uncomfortable as its too wide {being a fold down bed}, We did miss having a view and next time would stay in the hotel.

We had lovely stay at the Palm bungalows, very private but within a close walk to everything. Surrounded by beautifully curated tropical gardens we enjoyed the leafy outlook from the balcony, observing the wallabies and listening to the birds. I would highly recommend this location and especially this style of accomodation - it can't be overstated.

Magic place

We really enjoyed our stay on Hamilton Island. We did think it was a little pricey especially drinks. Very disappointed that we never had a chance to do water sports because of tides and wind. Also disappointed that it was so hard to get into restaurants and that you needed to book a couple of days in advance. Almost too many people for facilities. As far as our room went, overall it was great, however being in the water etc all the time and needing to shower, rinse clothes etc it would be Fantastic to have a clothes horse in the room so you have something to put clothes, towels on. Very disappointed about the hassle to get a golf buggy, just too hard and too much lining up. Wasted hours.

The Bunglalows have been updated and are spacious and very comfortable. We had king bed and 2 kids slept on trundle which was made up every night. Hammock outside was nice touch too. Kitchenette and bathroom were well equipped and modern. Very peaceful.

My hubby and I stayed for 5 nights and were extremely impressed with the bungalows. They appear to be newly refurbished, the bed was comfy, there was plenty of space and they are free standing so are more private than other accommodation options. The restaurant at the resort centre was lovely and everything was a short walk away. Highly recommend it

We had a great time in the Bungalows. It's located well for most things on the island. The only criticism I'd make is that not much felt personal while we were there. It was a bit mass-market, sort it out yourself and lacking the personal touch.

We had a beautiful 4night stay island offered everything we needed

Bungalows are in a great location to all of the resort. The room is a very good size. It has a kitchenette so anyone on a budget can cook.

My husband & I really enjoyed our stay on Hamilton Island...it was a really relaxing break....we surely got taken care of...staff was very pleasant!!! We would recommend Palm Bungalows to any one wishing for a romantic or even a family getaway!!!! You won't have any regrets!!!!!!

Our accommodation and activities throughout the island were great. The island and its facilities are very family friendly. The food is generally disappointing specially considering the higher than normal costs. This is not specific to any restaurant in the island but throughout.

staying at the Palm bungalows was amazing. Loved everything and the restaurants around us were great.

Palm Bungalows was our second choice of accomodation as our first choice (Reef View Hotel) was sold out. Being that we have now stayed at both I think I would prefer Palm Bungalows as its a lot more central to everything and you can park your buggie at your door. The room service was very efficient reception was very helpful.

Close to everything, beautiful views of the gardens, everything that we needed, quiet.

We stayed at the Palm bungalows in Hamilton Island. Would recommend it to any couples. We went for the bush walks that the island offered and we were not disappointed. Walks were moderate to hard but well worth the walk once you see the spectacular views. Will defiantly be coming back. Would like to see the island invest in pedestrian crossing as it was a little crazy with so many people driving a buggy

Top time in a top location

We have 2 young children (5 & 2) the bungalows were perfect for us as the kids were able to get in and out easily. While our youngest had her day sleep we were able to sit on the balcony etc. Also the ability to have the Golf Buggy parked at our door and no lifts was AWESOME.

Palm Bungalows was a beautiful place to stay. Everything is within walking distance from the resort. There are so many activities on the island to keep anyone busy. The room was comfy and spacious with everything that was needed. It was great to walk into the room with the air con on and to cool down. Everything about this place is a daydream and was a great place to wind down and just get away from everything

We had a wonderful holiday in the Palm Bungalows on Hamilton Island. The bungalows were very nice, the service was excellent, the Whitsundays are a fantastic place.

centrally located, nice and quiet, away from the big resort hotel next door, very nice decor. They were excellent.

I would like to strongly recommend as the stay and location is just purely exquisite.

We are a couple with a young baby and had a lovely short stay in the bungalow. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the bungalows were ideally placed to be very quiet, but still close enough to everything we needed including a short (if hilly) walk to the Marina.

The Palm bungalows were beautiful and clean and in a great location. The whole resort was well set out and everything was easy to find/get to. Breakfast was phenomenal at both Sails but especially the pool terrace. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks we had a great time and we will definitely be back!

Hamilton Island was a pleasant surprise, the views were spectacular and I was surprised at how many activities are available like mini golf and go karts etc. Can't wait to come back

The Bungalows are the perfect accommodation if you'd like a little bit of privacy. They are also well situated with only a short walk to restaurants, beaches and pools. The rooms are nice and modern too.

Fantastic setting would go back

My partner and I had a great time at the Palm Bungalows. The room and bathroom were bigger than expected and looked recently renovated. There was a small stove and a microwave which we didn't know about - so we could have brought more food with us. The hammock on the verandah was very relaxing and a cockatoo visited me while I was reading. Good choice for couples that want to stay close to the resort and want something different to a standard hotel room.

A relaxing very clean resort with friendly staff always available to help or just offer options of things to do.

We were at Daydream island and Long Island prior to our stay on Hamilton island. By far Palm Bungalows was the best. The place was clean, service was good and location was great. Thank you for making it a wonderful stay. Kids wanted to stay longer.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, rooms were serviced each day which was a plus. Great water activities for children and excellent restaurants We will come again soon.

Had the best holiday yet! Palm bungalows were private, quiet and absolutely beautiful and comfy! Could have stayed there forever! Highly recommend for couples!

Loved the location and peacefulness of the bungalows. Hamilton Island services also add to the whole experience being a very enjoyable one. Would recommend to friends.

Definately will visit Hamilton again, perfect location, good choice of dining options and plenty of activitys to get involved with or simply chill out if you wish.

Had the best time ever!!!!!!

Our bungalow was absolutely more beautiful than we expected. Its location and surroundings were perfect. The only disappointment in our stay was there wasn't a coordinator to organize activities like water or beach volley ball, aqua aerobics etc. Shane sang and played the guitar around the pool one day and he was very talented and entertaining. Dining out was very expensive.

It is a well-oiled machine on Hamilton Island. From the tours to the dining, everything was great.

We were very satisfied with our overall experience of staying at Palm Bungalows and would stay there again. Waking up to the sound of the birds singing in the tropical trees every morning was very relaxing. The location could not have been better.
Although there were a few minor problems with our room- our telephone didn't work at all and we had to use our mobile a few times to call reception and our blinds didn't close over properly so we had to use a bobby pin to hold them together at night. Also our room wasn't serviced for 2 days so I had to call to ask reception if it could be done.

one thing that could improve the Palm Bungalow's would be a rack to dry clothing and beach towels .Many guests choose to hang these outside the room and this does not look good .

Lying in the Hammock allows a few friendly islanders to fly down to join your afternoon. Set in Beautiful garden surrounds

Our stay in the Hamilton Island was fantastic. The perfect place to relax after preparing for a wedding. The Palm Bungalows were wonderful - neatly tucked away, giving privacy but still being close enough to all the amenities. Staff on the Island are very friendly and willing to help you in anyway. Highly recommend the Hamilton Island Palm Bungalows.

central location for every thing now that the vegetation has grown it is a beatiful desternation to relax.

Hamilton Island was a nice suprise. The layout was great and there was always a place to find quiet spot. There is plenty to see and do. My only concern and it is a personal one and that is it is expensive overall. I am sure people can justify the cost and many will not agree but we felt as an example $400 nearly to get to the reef was a bit much. Food also can be expensive though you can find cheaper options such as fish and chips and shopping at the General Store. Overall I would recommend it to anyone.

We have a very enjoyable time. Only downfall was we had ants in the kitchenette in the bungalow which we couldn't get rid of and I wouldn't go again in school holidays due to lots of children overtaking the island!! We also weren't able to hire a buggy at all due to it being booked out, which was disappointing. The customer service from all staff on the island was outstanding everyone was unbelievable friendly and helpful! A visit to the golf course is a must - highlight of the trip!!

Thank you for such an amazing hoilday

We stayed in the Premium bungalows and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom a good size and newly fitted out and the kitchenette was more than enough to allow us to stay in for a couple of meals.
The hammock is a great addition and allows you to relax and unwind amongst the trees with the occasional kookaburra popping by to say hello.
The location is a short stroll from the main village and main pool.
We would highly recommend these bungalows - value for money they are terrific

Accommodation was contemporary and had everything we needed - except washing machine.
Lots of choice for food, shopping and pools/bars.
Want to go back !
