This is a beautiful hotel but it lacked a personal touch
No Lai on arrival
No facilitating an interconnected room despite asking via our travel agent and evidence of a room that interconnected to our kids rooms that became vacant repeatedly during our stay
Overpriced breakfast menu $160 US for 3 adults
Lots of extra charges on beach and around the pool
History of the building was lovely but otherwise lacked soul
