Good location & service

Great place to stay in Melbourne, hotel is excellent and in great location at Crown Casino. It's such a buzz place with plenty to see, do and enjoy. Plenty of dining options and not far from city.

We loved staying at the Crowne so much! We can't wait to go back! The rooms are impressive! Staff were lovely and there's so much around - shops, cinemas you have everything you need/want at your fingertips

Had a beautiful stay with staff and amenities being fantastic. The only fault we found was with the lighting in the room itself and the bathroom which made it difficult to read unless you were directly under your bed light and bathroom lighting made it almost impossible for women to apply makeup.

Will definitely stay again.

Easy access to trams convention centre restaurants etc

Central access to everything, great service, comfortable stay.

We have stayed at crown metropol a few times now never get disappointed

Great deal and worth the money

We had a great stay, as we have stayed a few time now. Room was great in size great views.
I felt that the cleaner was a bit slap happy with making the bed daily. Otherwise all was good.

Accommodation was clean, modern & enjoyable. Service was friendly with no issues.
Only complaint was the 28 Skybar lounge. My wife & I wanted an experience with class & intimacy, especially when you're paying $22 for a cocktail. Instead we got kids running around, uncomfortable seating & cold popcorn to accompany our drinks. We would have stayed for a couple but only had the one.

Excellent room with top quality appointments.
All the staff were extremely friendly and efficient.
A special mention to Anthony who works in Mr Hives Kitchen. His interaction with guests is to be applauded and is a real asset to Crown Hotels
We will definitely be staying again on the next trip to Melbourne.

The crown complex was amazing

We stayed in the city for my sons birthday and needed something central as we were taking him to the zoo. Got to the Metropol at 12pm and room was ready so checked in! When we got back from the zoo there was a present for our son from Metropol! Fantastic service and can't wait for our next stay.

We found the Crown Metropol Hotel ideally situated for seeing Melbourne, Close to transport, restaurants and other site seeing experiences. Within the Crown complex there was entertainment and eateries that made our stay within this precinct most enjoyable and easy

Overall lovely some of the staff could have been friendlier. Disappointed couldn't get a late checkout. Always been able to esp overseas/Singapore etc and doesn't give Austalia a good name if it's known not to be accomodating.

Great hotel, the rooms are very contemporary, stylish spacious.

Crown Metropol was great for the family, could walk along South Wharf to the DFO and all the restaurants and bars along there, the Crown Complex itself has many restaurants and then the Yarra and Southbank Promenades also close by and extremely cost effective and value for money. With a short walk across the bridge to the Spencer Street Tram station, the Circle Tram took us out to HarbourTown for some great shopping. It was also ideal for the walk to the MCG to watch some footy !!! Also did the Colonial Tram Car Restaurant which was fantastic !!!

Great spot if you're in Melbourne for business or fun. Walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment.

This was our first time staying at this hotel and though it was a little more expensive than some others around I would recommend spending the extra money to stay here, as I had a small family and everything was in the crown complex that was required to have an enjoyable stay.

Great and helpful staff, the room was absolutely amazing and the location was perfect as it was within a decent walking distance for everything :)

As a family with younger children I found to location to all the Crown complex offers very convenient. Location to Melbourne city and shops is great.

Accommodation and facilities were all above expectation.

Not the cheapest place to stay, but is still worth the money spent.

The room was lovely, the beds were comfortable and the service from the staff was great.

We had a wonderful time at crown metropol for my wife's 40th birthday. We were on the waiting list for Hestons which we ended up getting a table on the day. My wife had a spat treatment at metropol and full hair cut and color at crown towers. She loved both. A great hotel, with great staff and facilities. I cannot recommend it more highly.

We loved everything about our stay. We will most definately be comming back again and recommending to friends & family..The staff couldn't do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The venue was absolutely FABULOUS. The beds and pillows were so comfortable.The bathroom and shower was fantastic. The breakfast was the very best breakfast we have ever had. The breakfast staff couldn't do enough to get us anything we wanted for breakfast. The 28 floor was the most fantastic place we have ever been in. As I had broken my hip in two places I was unable to visit much in Melbourne but the 28th Floor where we had breakfast and spent most of our time with friends was everything you could wish for and more. Thank You very very much Crown Metropol and Travel On Line for our booking and making our stay the very best we have ever been to.

Hi I recently stayed at metropole the rooms were nice but for the price of the hotel I think you need to offer your customers discounted car parking, Foxtel needs to be included and I believe the toilets need more privacy. I would stay again if parking wasn't an issue and ther was more of a selection with tv

Only service that requires attention, is room service. Very slow.

We were there for our wedding anniversary. The room felt like a NYC loft apartment. Very modern. Comfortable bed and pillows. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect, the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful even our 2 children were made to feel right at home.

It was a relaxing stay. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The best thing was the infinity pool and the wonderful facilities at the ISIKA spa pool. The room was also very clean with good layout. The location of the hotel is also excellent (close to tram lines and everything else.)

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is is a great position to access Crown and all it has to offer.

We took our son with us and he loved the pool, our room were made up everyday and we had fresh towels!

Hotel was central to the city and had many dining options available throughout the Crown Casino. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly, overall a great hotel i would definitely recommend to others.

This was our first time in Melbourne and what more can I say..................Just runs rings around Sydney!!!! Everything was No 1. The Crown is so well done and the rooms are just brilliant, right down to the tap wear and layout of the room. The food was exceptional and the brilliant customer service.......... Will be recommending this place to everyone...........Well done James Packer and of course the Amazing Staff at the Crown Metropol

Pool amazing and functional!

Fantastic facilities. 28 bar awesome view...5 star plus. Big oversized room.

Travelling with four children is not always easy. The Crown metropole was the perfect place for a fantastic family holiday. The luxe twin room (with 2 queen beds) connecting with our room with a king size bed was ideal.

Highly recommend, big rooms, perfect location and the pool is stunning.

Great value, service

Has everything you need. Was great in everyway.

We live in Melbourne and often stay in the City as a mini break away from the children. We had a lovely stay relaxing by the pool, having a couple of drinks in Bar 28. The entire crown complex is like a city in itself!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crown Metropol. We've got 2 kids and it was very comfortable. Just wish we could afford to stay more often!
