Everything about this hotel is wonderful - staff, location, cleanliness and pricing
Thankyou
We travelled with a group of people. Our room was the smallest of all the others. We were disappointed with beer bottles found on our verandah. Notified front desk and then were told cleaners could not locate. Had to then show staff where they were. Felt like they did not believe us. Conferences were held onsite in the foyer. Coffee was given to those apart of the conference from the foyer area. We went to order and pay for coffee to be told it was only for those with the conference. Pool bar would take a long time to make cocktails and they would not service the pool area so you had to wait at the bar. Saturday night there was another event on in the garden area so all rooms that were situated in that area could not escape the noise.
Room was outdated - booked two bedroom suite which was actually two rooms - had to chock open doors to get access to kids room. Was charged $200 for "incidentals" - what incidentals - there was no bar fridge in either room....??? Dining options within resort were exorbitantly priced. Would not stay again.
