This full day Doubtful Sound Wilderness Cruise operated by RealNZ offers a great opportunity to visit this untouched part of the world first hand. Located in the centre of the Fiordland National Park is Doubtful Sound, a place which is deep into the wilderness and an experience you will never forget. This New Zealand day tour departs daily from Manapouri with transfers available from Queenstown & Te Anau.
The tour starts from the town of Manapouri where you will cruise across Lake Manapouri before taking to the road on board a RealNZ bus through the Wilmot Pass which is covered in dense rain forest before the glistening Doubtful Sound can be seen. Upon arriving at Doubtful Sound you will hop on board Patea Explorer, a purpose built catamaran where you will enjoy 3 hours cruising through the fiord. During the time spend in Doubtful Sound you will see a wide variety of wildlife including penguins, fur seas & dolphins.
