Our second time and as good as before
We had been to the Sofitel Nusa Dua 12 months prior, and loving it the first time, made the decision to come back easy.
The rooms are beautiful and quite large. Bathrooms were large and well appointed. Bottled water was kept up to date and plenty given for each day. Overall, the room is still one of the best that I have stayed in.
The food was maybe not as great the first time around, in particular, the pastries/cakes were not as good and not as you would expect from a French branded hotel.
The pool area is amazing and you can always find a sun lounge to sit on either in the shade or sun. There are different areas of the pool which spreads out everyone to the point where it never feels busy.
The staff are very friendly, but in comparison to the second hotel we stayed in, we feel that some staff need more training on what makes quality service. Especially at meal times, we felt that some staff would rather not be there and were reluctant to help.
The other thing we loved, is the shuttle to Bali Collection, which made it easy to get to especially during hot and wet weather.
There were plenty of restaurants around the hotel which we explored and would definitely recommend others to do also.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay at the hotel and would come back again in the future.

Simply amazing!!!
This was the best resort I've ever experienced!! The location was incredible, the food was on another level, and the service of the resort staff was exceptional!! Nothing was too much trouble and the friendliest staff you'll ever encounter. We absolutely LOVED our week there. Would highly recommend to other travelers!!

Sofitel Nusa Dua
Absolutely loved staying at the Sofitel Nusa Dua. We are a family of 5 and had interconnecting plunge pool rooms. Service and food was great and very friendly staff.
