Overall satisfied, great resort
The resort is very beautiful, luxurious and room is very comfortable. Best resort in the Denarau Island with stunning lobby, highly recommended.
However customer service at the reception could improve with a smile sometimes. Suggest to improve welcoming guests and saying goodbye. When we walked in, we didn't feel welcome at all.
We had kids eat free deals, however 3 times they made mistakes with food charges, we had to go back to the reception a few times to fix the charges. After we returned home, we noticed we got charged incorrectly for kids meal which the resort is fixing now. Island 619 restaurant's staffs were amazing and were very welcoming. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and lunch.
Hope to visit next time and see more happy faces with smiles around.
