A great stay in the heart of Surfers .Hotel was good the only negative was walls very thin you can hear everything and doors banging early in the morning was very annoying. Apart from that the staff were great and the coffee in the cafe was really good.t
If you're after something very central to shops and main strip then a stay at the Novotel is a great place to stay.
Expect it to be a little noisy as it is in the heart of all the action.
The hotel itself was in a great location, the room was refurbished and had everything we needed and the staff were great.
Negatives: It did get very noisy in the corridors as you could hear the doors to the rooms closing and banging, you could hear the lifts being pressed and you could hear lots of talking as the walls were thin.

Great location and nice enough hotel
Excellent location. Perfectly positioned in the heart of surfers. Nice enough room but improvement needed. Poor pillow selection. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Water ends up flooding the floor. Even after getting maintenance in the issue wasn't properly sorted. Otherwise good enough for a reasonable priced stay in surfers paradise
