Great location. Access to everything excellent. Food at Resort excellent but no milk in room for coffee. Room clean and tidy.

TOP SERVICE GREAT LOCALITY
Hotel building is old but well maintained. The only criticism was the plug in the room basin which needed attention.
Gardens were well cared for and pool area very clean with many beds to relax on. Shade from sun was available and the beach was adjacent to the pool area.

Arguably the best location in Koh Samui
The Baan Samui hotel is ideally located. The back of the hotel is on the best stretch of Chaweng beach and the front of the hotel is on the main shopping and dining strip. Perfect! The actual hotel is quite old and quirky! Everything works well but it's not modern like some of the neighbouring properties and that's probably why it's inexpensive. If location is of utmost importance to you - Baan Samui is a winner!
