We stayed at this hotel in 2016 - has had some redecorating since then but basics are still good. Rooms are big with lots of hooks/hanging spaces and a small kitchenette, tv reception was hit and miss. Bathroom has shower and toilet and ok bench space. The main attraction is the pool and waterslide - we had a "Royal Family" room on the ground floor right next to the pool which was perfect as you can sit on the patio while the kid(s) are in the pool. All food/drink we had was good and service too. There are more places to eat/drink close by now including a 24 hour "Tops" market across the road. The entertainment/activities were a bit light on but probably because it wasn't quite peak season. Recommended for families with smaller kids especially.
Great hotel with lots of pools and kids club. On the beach and close access to shops, restaurants and other day clubs.
My only suggestion would be to have a lil music in foyer or in restaurant in the evening to create a bit of atmosphere. A singer or small 2/3 piece ensemble as there's really nothing to do after dark
