Great hotel. Close to everything. Well suited for families with a big pool. Staff friendly and food in restaurant was great
Resort is a short walk(12 min) from Bangla Rd, via beach front and only 5 min from Patong Beach. Staff were helpful and pleasant with no problems encounted. Because of location this is a very quite resort with little to no noise. We were in Super Deluxe Sea View Room On 14th floor and the views over Andaman Sea and sunsets were truly spectacular. Well worth the extra money for this room. Roof top bar on19th floor also as magnificent views and there is a 2 person Band playing every night. Music is good and they have bar service.
Overall we thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay again.
We like our huge, very well equipped room on 9th floor with sea view where we could see twice a big cruise ship, beautiful in night lights. The beach was close . Nice breakfast, where the only exception from the perfection was not so fresh bakery items. But there was a lot of other food on offer which was very testy. And huge variety of fresh food we loved.
The staff was friendly. When we needed something extra, they fill our request promptly. The swimming pool area is huge, interesting and kept in good order.
Location is fantastic. Shops and restaurants from first steps out of hotel an on every other step tens and tens more. A few meters from Andaman hotel is 7to11 supermarket. Very handy to buy cold and cheap drink to hotel room. There is a fridge, double size of usual hotel room fridge. We appreciate an another basin for washing .
