The staff were very obliging and always provided excellent service.
The only negative was it's location which is not as close to the city centre but there service made up for it
Clean, relatively quiet, nice amenities. Good location, an easy stroll to restaurants.
Not as nice as was hoping. Main pool area was nice enough. The rest of the hotel is definitely due for a renovation. The back of the hotel looks like an abandoned hotel. House keeping didn't empty rubbish bins or refill tea / coffee. Parking on site but costs $15 a day which is NOT mentioned on the travelonline site. Very disappointed with that extra charge. Location is ok if you don't mind walking 15-20 minutes every time you need a meal. Wouldn't stay here again but reasonable for the price. Only booked as it was part of a Fitzroy Island package.
