Thank you to all the staff at Shangri-La. Everything was perfect and all the staff we met were kind and very helpful. Location is amazing and certainly the best in Cairns.

The Shangri-La Cairns has it all - just make sure you book a Horizon Club room with balcony overlooking the marina & access to the Horizon Club lounge.
For those looking for a fabulous hotel in a beautiful & warm environment, this is the place to go.

Horizon Club rooms & Horizon Club service & facilities are all excellent. Horizon Club Lounge is being refurbished & will be bigger & even better in December 2014!
Cliff & I were married in Cairns mid week of our stay, the reception organized a bottle of Bubblie and glasses sent to our room. The house staff and Breakfast room staff were ALL wonderful. We will stay again soon.

Luxurious accommodation, great service and located on the marina we always had something to watch. Both breakfast and happy hour canapes and drinks were lovely.
