Crown Towers Perth Reviews

The only comment I have was that it was too cold in the Crystal Lounge to sit comfortably.

Crown towers staff are incredibly efficient and polite and the room was fantastic!

Fantastic service, spacious clean rooms, spoilt with restaurant options, amazing pools, though the 'reserved' towels left on sun lounges all day is disappointing (but always to be expected)

Had a very relaxing 3 days by the pool area during the day, our room was perfect

We,two grown up children,partners and grandchildren had a wonderful time.This was the third time we have spent our Xmas here and hoping to book again for 2022 as soon as available.The ladies love no shopping,cooking etc,just relax and enjoy.The ultimate Xmas treat .Thankyou Crown.

A nice stay with the family however it would of been been better to have a view of the pools & more places to eat with the kids

Crown Towers is a nice hotel but is definitely let down by the service. We hired a cabana by the pool for a small fortune, no tables or anything to put food or drinks on. Service of the wait staff was prompt but it took 30/40 minutes to receive food/drink.

The towers is a nice couples hotel but the pool isn't suitable for young children. The children's pool is approximately a meter deep with no shallow areas and 1 lifeguard circulating the whole pool area

Great location with stunning views of the city and Optus Stadium. Easy parking. Beautiful interiors and facilities. Loved our stay.

Great staycation

Had a great 3 night stay at the Crown Towers, great place, nice rooms, good service, great restaurants.
The weather was cold and raining but because the Pools & spa were heated we were able to spend a lovely time in the heated outdoor spa everyday, very relaxing - only thing I wasn't keen on was their choice of music around the spa and enclave area - boring music and did not recognize any of the songs.

Everything was wonderful from check in to checking out after our three day stay.
The staff were efficient and professional and it was consistent throughout our stay.
The porter named Josh who delivered our luggage to our room stands out in friendliness and professionalism, he is indeed an asset to the hotel.He remembered us a couple of days after checking in and enquired how we were enjoying our stay at the Crown.
It really was the most perfect way to celebrate my birthday.
Thank you to the lovely staff who cleaned our rooms every day.

The Crown Towers is amazing Sarah at the reception was so professional and friendly she gave us a fantastic room. And that was the start of a great stay.
We had good weather so we spent time at the pool areas.
The pools are excellent from the warm adult spa to the warm children’s pool.
We also had breakfast each morning at the Epicurean Excellent food and surrounding. We had a fabulous time and will be back in a couple of weeks for another break at the best hotel in WA

Most restaurants do not cater for children.

We had a great few days, the staff were friendly, the room was clean. Our only disappointment was we booked The towers so as to go the the crystal club for mt husband’s birthday only to find out it was booked out and we couldn’t go in there.

Amazing

All areas were amazing. The only things that let us down was we couldn't check in until nearly 5.00pm on the day as our room hadn't been cleaned and on the day we checked out there was about a hour wait in line due to lack of staff etc.

Always an amazing stay at Crown Towers Perth. Well worth paying the extra for Crystal Club. Cocktails are the best. Great view of the city in a luxe view room.

Great service, fabulous rooms and amazing breakfast

I took my sister and sisters-in-law for a treat. They loved it especially the Breakfast, it was amazing

A very nice hotel, first class. Would definitely recommend a stay.

Crown is a beautiful hotel, breakfast was spectacular - but I would recommend one of the more expensive restaurants within the complex for dinner, as we dined at the Atrium buffet (others had booked this for us) and were disappointed, as there were other options including Nobu and Rockpool which we would have preferred...however, Crown itself was faultless with rooms, service, facilities and location.

We had a great weekend and the view of the city looking over the river in the morning is amazing

Great place, excellent food options

Everything was great - I wouldn’t go to Epicurean for dinner (half the hot food was pretty much cold and nothing special in my opinion). There are much better dining options where you feel you got great value.
TWR was a lovely spot. I went with 2 young Kids and rooms were delightfully sound proof haha
Kids pool is perfect.
Had some delay in food coming around the pool and had to chase up, no big deal though when you’re on holidays :)
Room and views were great. Valet was $55 - didn’t realize you can walk through from main casino etc and next time will park there.

The reason for our stay was perfect, just lovely :)
Only fault, the room was not set up for 4 quests but was quickly rectified so was not an issue at all :)

The sumptipuous surrounds compomented by the friendly and attentive staff at Crown Towers made for the perfect location to celebrate my post graduate graduation. Thank you Crown I’ll be back!

Great new resort & lovely area

Top stay

My wife's second overnight stay and my first. Was greeted with an complimentary early check in and offered a late check out.
Struggled to find a bed around the pool away from small children but wasn't the end of the world.
Breakfast at the Epicurean; my wife reports that the service here wasn't quite as outstanding as her last visit. Took 15 minutes to wave someone down to order a coffee and the chocolate fountain stainless steel bowls needed a good soak, chocolate had congealed all over it looking unpleasant and unappetizing.

Nobu was out of this world, and the service outstanding. We can't wait to come back.

Best service

This place was amazing, the ultimate relaxation after a busy December in retail. When I want to go on holiday this was exactly what I wanted. Buffet break was great. The pool area massive and considering the size of the hotel and the pool area there is a section only for adults which completely took you away from the noise of kids jumping and dashing around. Your own oasis to relax and order a drink and some food by the pool. The room blew us away although is was a standard room the room was big and the delighting delightful and comfortable. Room service food very good and the staff were friendly and efficient. The final touch at night they leave a koko black chocolate on your bed. Yum
This Hotel is good for families/couples everyone. Highly recommend and we will be back.
